We got more of the same terrible trading conditions on August 2, so the Fixed TP Variant was able to eke out a very small win while the Trailing Variant printed an even bigger loss.

July was a terrible month for the (not so) Happy Hunter Trading System. But how did the system fare during the first hunt of August? Well, time to find out!

Volatility finally picked up a bit on July 31. However, volatility was still actually abnormally low, so the Trailing Variant suffered some more. The increase in volatility was enough to allow the Fixed TP Variant to trim its losses, though.

Trading conditions slightly improved on July 30. However, volatility was still abnormally low so both Variants of the (not so) Happy Hunter printed bigger losses for the month.

This pair is approaching the bottom of its long-term triangle, and I think the BOE statement might take it there. But will support hold?

Greetings, fellow Happy Hunters! The trading week is done and a new one will soon begin, which means that it’s time to take stock of how the two Variants of the Happy Hunter Price Action Trading System fared this past week.

Trading condition on July 27  didn’t really improve, so both both Variants of the (not so) Happy Hunter suffered even more losses.

Was price action on July 26 still very choppy? Check! Was volatility still abnormally low? Check! Did  both Variants of the (not so) Happy Hunter continue to bleed out? Check!

Price action on July 25 was still very choppy and volatility was still in short supply to boot, so the bloodletting continued for both Variants of the (not so) Happy Hunter.

Trading conditions were still rather terrible on July 24, so both Variants of the (not so) Happy Hunter had another rather terrible time. The Fixed TP Variant, in particular, is now in negative territory.
