Another day, another update for the Happy Hunter Trading System! So, how did the two Variants fare during the last hunt of the month?
There was a somewhat choppy uptrend on October 31 and the system was able to generate a bunch of trades in the direction of the trend (and a couple that went against the trend).

And if you guessed that the Trailing Variant had a very good run yet again, then you are right yet again since the Trailing Variant closed out the month with an astounding 25.02% in gains (+21.66% previous).
And let me just remind you again that each and every trade assumes a fixed 12-pip spread.
The Trailing Variant actually reached a fresh high water mark of 25.32%, but the final trade of October (trade # 114) was a loser, which is rather annoying. Oh well.
The Fixed TP Variant, meanwhile, was able to close out the month with 6.91% in profits (+6.00% previous). And like the Trailing Variant, the Fixed TP Variant also hit a fresh high water mark of 7.22% before easing back down because of trade # 114.
Anyhow, you can check out the details by clicking on the relevant jump links below.

By the way, if you’re a first-time reader and have no idea what this is all about, then just know that I’m forward testing a purely mechanical trading system.
And if you find that interesting, then you may wanna click on the links below to read about and understand the rules of the system.
- The Happy Hunter Price Action System 4.0 (Fixed TP Variant)
- The Happy Hunter Price Action System 4.0 (Trailing Variant)
Also, if you’re wondering what the numbers on the charts are about, they refer to the trade #, based on the chronological order when the signal was generated, not necessarily when the trade was executed.
Oh, also note that you can find the details of each trade in the tables below the chart. If the table is too small to read, just remember that you can click on it to enlarge it.
