Hucklekiwi Pip

It was a painful, painful week for me as the HLHB Trend-Catcher came up with absolutely no wins. Not only that, my GBP/USD trade got stopped out too!

I’ve probably eaten 15 pints of ice cream already after missing the 100-pip move on GBP/USD by TWO measly pips! Ugh! But I have a plan… I hope it’s not yet too late to jump in on the trend.

I’ve definitely had better weeks. Not only did I lose on my USD/CHF trade, my HLHB Trend-Catcher system also ended the week in the red. Ugh! I think I need ice cream to pick me up… lots of it!

This is so frustrating. As you all probably know by now, my USD/CHF trade didn’t work out very well. After my limit sell got triggered, market sentiment took a turn for the worse which resulted in wide-spread risk version.

Ah, ’tis a sad week for the HLHB Trend-Catcher 3.0. Even though the pair trended upwards, the extreme volatility during the middle of the week prevented my system from profiting. There is some good news though…

I missed out on all the action this week, but it’s okay! You know what they say, having no positions IS still a position. I do have an idea what pair I’ll be trading next week though. Let me tell you why.

I can’t recall the last time I said this but last week was awesome! Not only did my HLHB Trend-Catcher system end the week in the green, I also raked in a 1.53% gain on my discretionary account!

You can bet I’m doing my happy dance right now! For the first time in weeks, I was able to get in a trade and come out with a profit. Woot woot!

You could say it was a “so-so” week for the HLHB Trend-Catcher. It came out with a gain at the end of the week, but its win wasn’t spectacular.
