Happy morning guys! As much as it makes me cringe to admit it, AUD/USD showed the most profitable trade setup last week. Too bad I was on the other side of the trade! Here’s how I could’ve gotten 300 pips last week

Oooh baby! GBP/JPY had about as many twists and turns as the Dallas Mavericks vs. Miami Heat series! By the end of the week though, there were two sweet setups that would have gotten us some decent pips!

Good day my lovely readers. It’s Friday again, which means I have to do my weekly update! In today’s piece, I have a write-up on the HLHB system, and a review on the two trade ideas I posted earlier this week.

I decided to close out my short USD/CAD trade before we head into a slew of major economic events. With global data and market reactions trending towards “negativeville,” I feel like if I held on to a Dollar short position I’ll get burned. Check it out!

Here are the trade ideas I told y’all about on Twitter. Gosh, I hope at least one of ’em gets triggered. I haven’t had a trade in what seems like forever! Now I have to keep my French-tipped fingers crossed for risk aversion to stay.

The daily time frame tells me that while I should respect the strength in the euro, there is a chance that prices will exhaust as the 1.4600 to 1.4650 area comes into play.

It looks like AUD/USD, USD/CAD, and NZD/USD all showed pip-tastic setups last week. Because of that, I decided to give the “Best Setup of the Week” award to the three of them! Check out the 150-pip wins on each pair!

Oh sweet mama pips, what a move on Guppy! GBP/JPY made it rain like Dirk Nowitzki’s jumpers with a sweet setup off the top WATR last week!

Good evening forex friends! Here is my trade review of my short Cable trade after closing my position down ahead of the Friday Non-Farm Payrolls report. Check out how my trade worked out!

Remember that crossover I pointed out in my update last week? It turns out that my 30-pip filter kept me from catching a 300-pip move. Boo hoo! Poor lil’ Huck just sat on the sidelines this week.

Looks like the only thing I got from my “multiple time frame analysis” is that I got to see my trade lose in so many time frames! Can you tell me how I could’ve played this trade better?

That’s right folks – I actually had another trade up this week! Unfortunately, it yielded the same result as my AUD/JPY trade…

It’s a bird, it’s a plane… No! It’s the Swissy soaring up the charts! Okay, that’s corny. But you know what I mean. I’m gonna try to get in on the action and short USD/CHF. Gosh, I hope there are enough bears left to push the pair to a new all-time low.

Finally got the breakout I wanted! Let’s see how far this bad boy can go!

Ho hum, what a boring day in the currency market today as U.S. traders went off on a Memorial Day holiday. Let me spice things up for y’all with the best trade setup for last week. NZD/USD took the cake with a 300-pip win!

EUR/JPY and GBP/JPY didn’t really give us anything clear to work with last week, but there was a Fib play on EUR/GBP that could’ve given us a reward-to-risk ratio of AT LEAST 2:1!

The daily NZD/USD has rallied to the upper trendline resistance level of a year-long Rising Wedge. The pair is also testing the waters above 0.8200 which I will be watching closely for bullish momentum.

I may not be Britanni Kline, America’s Next Top Model Cycle 16 winner, but I feel like I’m on top of the world with my win on EUR/USD! Although my HLHB system didn’t do so well this week, I still think I’m ending May on a good note!
