The final trading day of the week is done and over with. So, how did the two Variants fare during the last hunt of the week?

Trading conditions on Dec. 28 didn’t really improve much. In fact, trading conditions on Dec. 28 were quite similar to what we experienced on Dec. 26 and 27 in that volatility and directional movement were both subdued, while intraday price action was rather choppy.

Just look at how price action played out…

And as expected, both Variants had another rough time, with the Trailing Variant getting the worst of it since winning trades were closed well below TP.

Both Variants are still on track for a positive month, though, since the Fixed TP Variant is still up by 3.84% for the month (+4.21% previous), while the Trailing Variant is still up by 3.58% (+4.57% previous).

Still, it’s kinda sad when one considers that the Fixed TP Variant was up by 5.50% at one point while the Trailing Variant was up by as much as 7.50% for the month.

By the way, if you’re a first-time reader and have no idea what this is all about, then just know that I’m forward testing a purely mechanical trading system.

And if you find that interesting, then you may wanna click on the links below to read about and understand the rules of the system.

Also, if you’re wondering what the numbers on the charts are about, they refer to the trade #, based on the chronological order when the signal was generated, not necessarily when the trade was executed.

Oh, also note that you can find the details of each trade in the tables below the chart. If the table is too small to read, just remember that you can click on it to enlarge it.
