The final trading day of the week is done and over with. So, how did the two Variants fare during the last hunt of the week?
Well, volatility evaporated, intraday price action was choppy, and GBP/NZD was basically trading sideways for the entire day. In other words, trading conditions were rather terrible.
Worse, lots of trades were generated during the course of that terrible day. Worse still, of the seven trades that were closed that day, only one was a winner. However, that winner was closed out at SW, which didn’t do diddly squat in offsetting any of the losses.
You know what that means, right? That’s right! It’s time to bring out this guy again.
And thanks to the losses incurred on November 23, both Variants were forced to surrender large chunks of their gains. Boo hoo!
The Fixed TP Variant is now only up by 2.72% for the month (+4.66% previous) while the Trailing Variant is now only up by 2.04% (+3.97% previous).

By the way, if you’re a first-time reader and have no idea what this is all about, then just know that I’m forward testing a purely mechanical trading system.

Also, if you’re wondering what the numbers on the charts are about, they refer to the trade #, based on the chronological order when the signal was generated, not necessarily when the trade was executed.
Oh, also note that you can find the details of each trade in the tables below the chart. If the table is too small to read, just remember that you can click on it to enlarge it.
