Trading conditions on August 21 were still rather unfavorable. Even so, the Fixed TP Variant recovered from its recent slide and is now up by 4.39% for the month. As for the Trailing Variant, well, it held onto its gains at least.

Trading conditions on August 20 were very similar to trading conditions last Friday since volatility was still limited and intraday price action was very choppy, so the system started the week on a mixed note.

And I’m out! The pair didn’t make it all the way to the triangle top I was aiming for, but I did manage to lock in some gains.

Greetings, fellow Happy Hunters! The trading week is done and a new one will soon begin, which means that it’s time to take stock of how the two Variants of the Happy Hunter Price Action Trading System fared this past week.

Intraday price action on August 17 was very choppy. And unfortunately, a bunch of losing trades were generated and the winners were just not able to offset them, so both Variants had to endure some damage.

There was a choppy downtrend on August 16, but only the Fixed TP Variant was able to benefit from that and is now up by 3.68% for the month after hitting a fresh high water mark of 4.18%.

Volatility tightened a bit on August 15 and intraday price action was a bit choppy. The Fixed TP Variant managed to add to its gains, though. The Trailing Variant, meanwhile, was able to walk away with only a scratch.

Overall trading conditions improved on August 14. However, intraday price action was more suited to the Fixed TP Variant’s momentum-based design, so the Fixed TP Variant was able to wipe out the previous day’s losses.

Trading conditions deteriorated even further on August 13. And as a result, both Variants started the new trading week by suffering a string of losses. Ouch!

I’m seeing a bit of hesitation on this pair to continue with its climb to the triangle top, so I’m rolling my stop up to protect my profits.
