Greetings, forex homies! Instead of doing the Weekly Winner, I decided to try something new this week. From now on, I’ll be doing a preview of the key levels to watch for the week ahead. I call this Cyclopip’s Weekly Watch!

I didn’t think I would get the best Black Friday bargain from the forex market with a win on my GBP/USD trade. 110 pips baby!

Good evening forex friends! It looks like volatility is slowing down a bit as we head into the holiday season, and EUR/USD is shaping up to be the best market to play a range if it is. Check it out!

It’s been over a week since I set my orders for this setup and I still haven’t gotten triggered. With price drifting farther away from my desired entry point, I think it’s time to call it quits!

So much for wishing and waiting! After finding support at the 1.0200 area, USD/CAD bounced right back to my entry point and rallied even higher. Thank goodness I moved my stop to breakeven!

The battle was close, but there can only be one winner for my best comdoll setup for the week. This week let’s practice those STA strategy skills as we spot the 6:1 setup that could’ve given us a total of 600 pips!

Sometimes the markets leave you no choice but to go with the flow and look for breakouts! If we were gutsy enough to play the yen pairs, we could have caught the bumpy but profitable move down on Guppy!

Last week, I ranted on how the HLHB Trend-Catcher was a terrible system as doesn’t seem to filter out whipsaws. Then, out of nowhere, it gave me two amazing trades this week! Nevertheless, I believe the system can still be greatly improved, and I’ll stick with my decision to change completely or tweak it in 2012.

Good afternoon! It looks like my trade idea for this week is a “no-go” as European fears and weak BOE rhetoric continued to push capital into the Greenback without a hiccup. Check out how it all played out in Cable this week.

After losing 1% on my last trade, there’s nothing else I want more than to win. Hopefully my trade idea on EUR/USD works out as I hope it would. *fingers crossed*

AUD/USD strikes back! Just when I thought my AUD/USD curse was lifted and I’d be able to score another hundred or so pips with the pair, I got stopped out. Not only did it break my heart, but it broke several resistance levels as well!

As it turns out, AUD/USD made the biggest move for the third week in a row! But the best part of it is that I managed to catch part of that move. Yay me!

What a crazy week for the euro! It was selling like hotcakes at the start of the week, but then it bounced back and rallied right before the weekend. Crazy moves make for crazy pips yo!

So much for that trade idea! Just a couple of hours after I entered my position, AUD/CAD spiked down and hit my stop loss! Drats!

OH… MY… GOD. AUD/USD must be showing me who’s really boss because it decided to drop all the way down to my original target near 1.0200 just after I closed my position. But hey, I’m not complaining about my 100-pip win!
