It’s another set of early exits on this mechanical system, but this time it was able to bag some wins. Take a look at the latest positions.

EUR/USD had a short position from a few weeks back, and this had to be closed on a new crossover. Fortunately it was able to catch some pips on the early exit!

A long stochastic signal soon followed, but the position didn’t stay open for very long as another crossover popped up. This time, the trade snagged a loss.
Cable had a long position that had the trailing stop in place, locking in pips along the way. This early exit was triggered before the bearish crossover happened.

For now, this pair is still waiting for a stochastic pullback signal on a potential short play.
EUR/JPY gained more downside momentum on its short position, activating its trailing stop as well. This early exit got triggered on a pullback, and it was able to lock in 38 pips. Woot woot, another win!

A couple of the early exits were from trailing stops, so it’s no surprise that these yielded gains. The other two were from new crossover, with one also scoring a win. All in all, the SMA Crossover Pullback System was able to bag 118 pips or 0.78% in gains.
