This mechanical system snagged a few signals from USD/CAD and CAD/CHF over the past few days, and here’s how the positions turned out.
In this revised version of the Short-Term Bollinger Reversion Strategy, I’m waiting for RSI to cross above or below oversold or overbought levels to indicate a bit more momentum in the direction of the trade. Make sure you review the tweaks here!

Ack! This one hit the full stop loss as the pair wasn’t exactly ranging at that time. And that erases part of its gains from the previous week!

A couple of positions opened, one long and one short, and here’s how they fared:
Now this one wasn’t so bad, as it caught a small win on the first position while the second one has also locked in some gains. Half of the short position is still open as price has yet to hit any of the exit levels either at breakeven or on the opposite Bollinger band.
