Before anything else, I would like to say I’m very happy that two brave souls came forward and offered me their brains… Oops! I mean, they’re trading systems for November’s Best Forex Trading System contest.
Read on, you must, my humans friends and find out more about the contenders.
Seagull System by gerrylint
If you want to experience its bzzt! *click* zzz! (that’s Droid slang for awesomeness) for yourself, you would need to apply three indicators to your charts: the Super Trend Signal (STS), EMA, and RSI. The creator emphasizes though, that you need to look at two EUR/JPY 4-hour charts simultaneously. That way, there are more opportunities for you to jump in on the signals and open multiple positions.
Samurai Channel by huascar
Need a system that works on all the major currencies and the most popular crosses? Huascar’s got just the thing for you! Introducing the Samurai Channel system!
It works on just about any time frame too. He recommends using it on the 4-hour and 1-hour chart, but you can also opt to trade the 15-minute chart if you want plenty of action.
The system uses the Ichimoku Kinko Hyo indicator to get a clear picture of the direction of the market. It also makes use of 3 EMAs (21) with different settings. One is applied to the high, another to the close, and the last to the low.
But that’s not all, I’ve saved the best detail for last – huascar claims that the system can be fully automated! In fact, he’s already testing out an EA for it! My flux capacitor is already tingling with excitement! *kzzzrt!*
Keep in mind that there’s a lot at stake here, so vote wisely, earthlings!
The winner will earn $50 to donate to a charity of his choice and will be inducted into the Best Forex Trading System Hall of Fame. The best part is that the winning system will be backtested and graded by yours truly, and it will be featured on the BabyPips.com homepage for an entire month! How’s that for a bag of prizes?
Remember, you only have until 12:00 am EST on December 5, 2012 to cast your votes, so you better act fast!
Happy voting and may the best system win!
