Success! I was finally able to snap my losing streak with an awesome breakout trade on EUR/USD.

I haven’t received so many requests as I did regarding the gold move. It was dramatic sure, but what I was struck by was the interest in how the move could have been traded. I know that sounds funny but let me explain

Drats! EUR/GBP never retested the .8400 handle and my orders didn’t get triggered! In retrospect, perhaps I should have made provisions and adjustments just in case the pair failed to pull back, like considering selling at the break of consolidation.
