Or at least I’m gonna try to! In my pre-week market analysis, I pointed out that I had a bullish bias on USD/JPY. With price showing signs of retracement, I think it’s about time to think about jumping in long.

Phew! Talk about dodging a bullet! It’s a good thing I stayed on my toes for this trade… Otherwise, I would’ve been blown out of the water!

Good afternoon forex traders! My EUR/USD short was looking good for a while there, but a great Spanish bond auction and Draghi’s surprise comments after today’s ECB meeting put the euro on a rocket ship to go higher.

Happy New Year guys! I’m hoping to start 2013 right by getting in on the bullish rally on USD/JPY. I just hope I’m not yet too late.

Sadly, I ended 2012 with a losing trade but that won’t stop me from trying to start this year on an upbeat note. Here’s what I learned from my previous trade.

Oh gosh! So much for trying to pull off a comeback. Little ol’ Huck didn’t get any love from the forex market in the last three months of the year. Boo!

We’re down to our last trade reviews of the year! Here are my trading stats for Q4 2012 and a few lessons that I learned along the way.

To be honest, I thought it was a pretty awesome year for the cross-currency pairs, as we saw tons of potential setups across all the different pairs. While I didn’t catch much of those strong yen moves, I actually did quite well this year. Here’s a review of my 2012 trading performance.

Boo yeah! I finally bagged a winner with this AUD/CAD trade. Looks like my holiday wish came true after all!

Good evening forex friends! It looks like another case of deja vu as Cable pushed higher without a retracement. With the pair already hitting my max profit target and beyond, I’ve decided to close my open orders.

Aaaand we’re down to our last midweek analysis for the year! Can you guess which among AUD, CAD, and NZD is strongest against the USD so far this week?
