The Yen is really starting to move now! After such a long period of getting pummelled by just about every currency, the Yen is finally fighting back.

The dollar got no love on this Valentines day as the other major currencies gave it a thorough slap in the face. Let’s see if the charts give us any good trading opportunities today…

The psychological resistance level on the USD/JPY at 122.00 held firm once again as the pair dropped like a rock towards 121.00

Last week I kept griping about how the dollar was moving like a drunken horse against the majors. It would move up against some and down against others. Well today, the dollar seemed to regain some normality as it moved in sync across the board.

The dollar was once again all over the place today. It lost against the Euro, but gained against the Cable, Swissy, and Yen.

The Dollar stayed in a pretty tight range today against the majors with the lack of fundamental reports today. Think of this as the calm before the storm as this week is full of economic activity that should really give the markets some juice!
