It’s about time to call 2013 a wrap, but before I do, gotta do my quarterly performance review. Let’s see what kind of mistakes I made, and how I can do better for 2014.

It looks like Cable rallied higher without me after finding a bottom this week at 1.6220 and positive UK jobs data. With the Fed decision coming up in minutes, I’ve decided to close out my open orders.

After cutting out a bit too early in USD/CHF a couple of weeks ago, I’m refocused back on the pair. With another break below .9000, will the sellers remain in control?

Good morning forex friends!  GBP/USD has been in consolidation mode for a couple of months now,  but we finally got a breakout last week.  Will we see a move higher?

With the weekend coming up quickly, and .9050 being a tough level to crack all week, I’ve decided to close up shop to avoid weekend risk.

I got the pullback that I was looking for but the story quickly changed for the euro thanks to Draghi and a positive surprise on German data. With the market ticking lower a bit, I decided to get outta this trade quickly!

Both events that I anticipated didn’t play out as I expected, so I immediately closed my long GBP/USD trade after the release of retail sales. Here’s how today’s price action played out.
