Bah Humbug! It looks like my conservative nature ahead of the Fed decision kept me out of another nice move in EUR/GBP. Missed moved means it’s time to close my orders.

It’s the last week before we get into the holiday trading environment and the calendar is stacked! Stay focused and be ready by checking out the areas to watch in EUR/JPY, GBP/JPY, and EUR/GBP!

After entering my trade, we got a good amount of volatility, but it was limited to a range as the pair danced around my entry price all week. With the weekend just ahead, and a small bit of profit, I decided to close out to avoid weekend risk.

It looks like my run is done in GBP/JPY as my tightened stops were triggered to take me completely out of my trade during the Tuesday trading session. I’m out and now it’s time to review.

My trade has been triggered and the market has nicely rolled higher. After finally getting a decent pullback on the move, I’ve decided to pump up my position a little bit but tighten up before the week’s close.

The pullback on GBP/JPY was a shallow one as traders went back into bull mode during Wednesday’s US trading session. Unfortunately, the pullback wasn’t deep enough to trigger my entry order.
