Don’t you just love it when you look back and see that you played your cards right? Last week, EUR/JPY dished out two solid winners, and I was able to bag one of them!

Winner, winner, bunny dinner! I finally got another decent win as the weekly open on EUR/JPY held like a charm!

Sometimes momentum is just too strong, and that’s exactly what happened last week! I missed out on my GBP/JPY entry as risk aversion kept the pair from making a substantial pullback.

Darn, I never got the pullback I wanted on GBP/JPY! As it turns out, I should have paid a little more attention to EUR/GBP, which produced two really easy short opportunities.

GBP/JPY may be nicknamed after a small fish, but if you had been paying attention to it last week, you would’ve been able to land a big catch! I’m talking about a reward-to-risk ratio of 3:1, son!

Drats! That retracement play on EUR/AUD wasn’t so sweet after all! With the Australian dollar tanking across the board and the euro remaining steady, EUR/AUD zoomed up the charts and my trade got stopped out!

Aside from that crazy drop on EUR/GBP (which I wasn’t able to take full advantage of #%$@$#!!!), there was also an opportunity to capitalize on the euro’s weakness on EUR/JPY. The reward-to-risk ratio? A solid 9:1!

Boy, where do I begin?! EUR/GBP dropped like a rock, falling over 130 pips without so much as looking back! Great news, right? Well…

Well that didn’t work out well! Unlike my previous EUR/JPY day trade, this range-play didn’t pay off! Read up on how this would-be moneymaker turned against me.
