Main Trend

Current Trend= The trend remained up the entire day.

Today I only looked for long trades.

Today's Surf

7:00am EDT- There was a moving average crossover for a long trade. RSI was greater than 50, stochastics were trending up, but MACD was already positive. This cancelled out the signal and I did not enter.

8:00am EDT- There was a moving average crossover for a long trade. RSI was greater than 50, stochastics were trending up, but MACD was already positive. This cancelled out the signal and I did not enter.

10:00am EDT- There was a moving average crossover for a long trade. RSI was greater than 50, stochastics were trending up, but MACD was already positive. This cancelled out the signal and I did not enter. This was also a news candle, so even if I did have a valid signal I still would not have entered.

Trade Result: +0 pips; R-Multiple: 0

I'm new to the system but there was one more trade at 1:46pm edt.... in at 2.0673...stop at 2.0643.... I closed out at 2.0703 for 30 pips... reason for closing...happy with 30 pips same as stop....didn't look like enough action to make to 0750
I got in on that trade as well, except at 2:00 EDT. I was not sure if it was a valid signal since the MACD went from zero to positive from the 1:30 bar to the 1:45 bar. What do you think, Pip Surfer?
According to my rules, I do not enter any trades after 12pm EDT. I'm glad you were able to grab some pips though :) Happy trading!

PS
So trading window (to enter trades),, is 12 midnite to 12 noon edt???
All 3 trades where good to go according to my MACD's resulting in 2 loss 1 win. Funny how differnt brokers yeld different results, it would be nice if there was a universal standard.
